What Three Day Exclusive Hire Looks Like
Unlike venues that give you access from mid-afternoon on your wedding day, our weekend wedding packages work differently.
Day One: Setup
From noon until 5pm the day before your wedding, the venue is yours. This is when you (and any helpers or suppliers) can arrive to dress the space exactly as you've imagined. Hang the fairy lights. Arrange the tables. Perfect those finishing touches. There's no pressure to get everything done in an hour while caterers work around you.
Many couples tell us this setup day becomes part of the experience itself. Friends and family pitching in, music playing, the anticipation building. It sets the tone for everything that follows.
Day Two: Your Wedding Day
Access from 8am for any final preparations. Your ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, first dance, and evening celebrations all unfold at your own pace. The venue is exclusively yours until 11:30pm.
With three ceremony locations to choose from (our elevated woodland point, the courtyard tipi, or the rustic barn itself) and complete freedom over catering, entertainment, and styling, the day genuinely reflects what you want rather than a standard template.
Day Three: The Morning After
Wake up together in our on-site Shepherd's Hut. No early checkout, no taxi home the night before. Guests who've left cars overnight can collect them between 8am and 11am, giving everyone a relaxed start to the day after.

For the couple, our Shepherd's Hut provides a private retreat on site for your wedding night. After months of planning and a day of celebrating, being able to walk a few steps to your own accommodation rather than arranging transport is genuinely lovely.
For guests, the historic market town of Bridgnorth is just ten minutes away, offering a good range of hotels, B&Bs, and pubs with rooms to suit different budgets. We're happy to share recommendations and many couples create accommodation guides for their guests with options at various price points.
Our location on the Shropshire and West Midlands border also means guests travelling from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, or further afield can find accommodation along their route if preferred.

Weekend wedding packages at Bridal Barn include complete freedom over catering. You choose your own suppliers, design your own menus, and work within your own budget.
