Our wedding packages give you everything you need — a stunning venue, exclusive hire, beautiful ceremony spaces, and all the essentials — while leaving the rest entirely up to you. No fixed caterers. No compulsory extras. No paying for things you don't want. You build your wedding around what matters to you, not around what suits the venue.

What's Included in Every Wedding Package

Whatever date you choose, every Bridal Barn wedding package includes the same core elements. This is what you get as standard:

Three-day exclusive hire of the entire 100-acre estate. From noon the day before your wedding through to 11am the morning after, the venue is privately yours. No other weddings. No shared spaces. No handover times to worry about.

Setup day access from noon until 5pm on the day before your wedding, giving you proper time to dress the barn, arrange tables, and perfect every detail without rushing.

Wedding day access from 8am for final preparations, with your celebrations running through to 11:30pm.

Three licensed ceremony spaces — our elevated woodland viewing point, courtyard tipi, or rustic hay barn. Each offers a completely different atmosphere, and you're free to choose whichever suits your vision.

The Bridal Lounge — a luxurious preparation room available throughout your wedding day, where you and your bridesmaids can relax, get ready, and enjoy those pre-ceremony moments in style.

Fairy lights and festoon lighting throughout the barn and venue spaces, creating atmosphere from the moment your guests arrive.

The Shepherd's Hut — private on-site accommodation for the wedding couple on your wedding night. No taxis, no hotel check-ins. Just a few steps from the celebrations to your own retreat in the woodland.

The Anvil Bar — our on-site bar serving everything from real ales to cocktails until 11pm, with a professional bar service your guests will love.

Cake table, barrel and cake knife provided free of charge.

Fire pit with wood provided — we'll light it and tend to it throughout the evening.

A dedicated wedding advisor — from your first enquiry through to your honeymoon, Jill is your single point of contact, available to guide you through every element of planning.

Wedding Pricing

We offer weddings on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with prices ranging from £3,900 to £8,950 depending on your chosen day. A £1,000 booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due 60 days before the wedding.

Build Your Own Package with Optional Extras

Beyond what's included as standard, you can tailor your wedding day with our range of enhancements. These are entirely optional — pick what works for you and leave the rest.

Drink packages from £14 per person — choose from one of our carefully selected Anvil Bar packages or design your own. We offer a sale or return policy, so you never need to worry about over-ordering. Wine tasting evenings are available so you can try our exclusively selected wines before the day.

Event Host — our on-site event host service takes the pressure off on the day itself. From liaising with your suppliers to greeting guests, managing timings, and keeping everything running smoothly, the Event Host means you and your wedding party can focus entirely on enjoying yourselves.

Confetti — all confetti is supplied through Bridal Barn, using high-quality flower petals from Shropshire Petals in a choice of colours. Pre-order at least eight weeks before the wedding.

Tea and coffee station — a beautifully presented unlimited tea and coffee station for your guests to enjoy throughout the day.

Champagne tower — a stunning focal point for your reception that doubles as a brilliant photo opportunity.

Morning-after breakfast basket — a basket of light breakfast goods for you to enjoy on the Shepherd's Hut terrace overlooking the Shropshire countryside the morning after. The perfect way to close out your wedding weekend. £250.

Freedom Over Catering

What sets Bridal Barn apart from most wedding packages is our approach to catering. Rather than locking you into a fixed menu at a fixed price, we operate as a dry hire wedding venue. You choose your own caterers, design your own menus, and work within your own budget.

This flexibility is a genuine game-changer for couples. It means you can have a sit-down three-course meal, a relaxed sharing feast, street food trucks in the courtyard, a hog roast on the lawn — or any combination. There's no minimum catering spend and no restriction on what you serve.

We keep a recommended suppliers directory of caterers who know the venue well, but you're equally welcome to bring your own. We'll liaise with them in advance to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

How Our Packages Compare

If you've been comparing wedding packages across different venues, you'll have noticed that headline prices can be misleading. A venue quoting £5,000 with compulsory in-house catering at £85 per head quickly becomes a very different number once you've added 100 guests.

At Bridal Barn, our package price is the venue price. Catering, drinks beyond the bar packages, decoration, and entertainment are all separate — and all under your control. Some couples spend lavishly on food and keep décor simple. Others bring in street food and invest in a brilliant band. The point is, you decide where your budget goes.

This build-your-own approach typically works out significantly more affordable than all-inclusive venues, while giving you a day that feels genuinely personal rather than off-the-shelf.

Capacity

Bridal Barn can seat up to 106 guests for the wedding breakfast and accommodate up to 135 for the evening celebrations. All three ceremony spaces seat up to 80 guests comfortably.

For smaller, more intimate weddings, the venue works just as beautifully. The spaces feel warm and atmospheric whether you're hosting 30 guests or 130.
